Who it's for

If you measure longevity, this platform is already yours.

Not a practice-management tool bent towards longevity: a system born inside the centres that practise it. Below: the structures we serve, the modules that concern them, and what changes for the patient.

01 — The structures

Four kinds of centre, one indicator.

Each segment has its own modules. You don't pay for what you don't use, and we don't ask you to bend your protocols to a generic model.

  • 01

    Longevity and preventive medicine

The core of BVA. The three dimensions calculated and composed into the Biovital Age, with reference values for individual markers drawn from published data and the trajectory tracked over time. As on the report itself, the composite index is presented as orientative.

Biological Age · Vital Capacity · Resilience · Biovital Age

  • 02

    Regenerative medicine and infusion therapy

Pre-filled, customisable IV protocols, dosage computed on sex, weight and age, safety checks on allergies and renal function, stock control and session traceability.

IV therapy · Treatment plan · Prescriptions · Stock

  • 03

    Physiotherapy and rehabilitation

An interactive body chart and five validated scales, not spreadsheets. Every assessment enters the history with an MCID comparison against the previous one on the same scale and, once signed, can no longer be altered.

Body chart · NRS pain · PSFS · SPADI shoulder · LEFS lower limb · TSK

  • 04

    Functional and metabolic medicine

Lipid and glucometabolic profile, metabolic age, microbiome. The determinants that often outweigh genetics, read together instead of as scattered tests.

Metabolic Age · Microbiome · Performance indices

02 — The patient

A measure only matters if the patient understands it.

The patient is the final recipient of all this, and the reason the Biovital Age is a single number rather than twenty lab values. They don't have to learn anything: the relationship stays with their centre.

  • A number you can explain in one sentence

“Your body is ageing 4.6 years slower than the calendar.” Not a report to decipher: a sentence you remember on the way out.

  • A readable report, not a printout

Body map, organ status, trend over time. The same views the clinician uses, without the jargon that makes them opaque.

  • Reminders that arrive where they look

Appointments and follow-ups by email, SMS or WhatsApp. A longevity pathway fails when it breaks off, not when it is wrong.

03 — Networks and groups

One centre or twenty, the same installation.

BVA is multi-tenant by construction: several centres on one platform, clinical data fully isolated between them, granular per-role permissions and an audit log on every access. Opening a second site doesn't mean changing system.
